Nicki Boyd

Nicki is a founding partner, a member of our investment committee and leads our activities in the technology sector.
Prior to Apiary, Nicki founded an ed-tech startup in California focusing on early childhood education and the criticality of early language exposure to lifelong outcomes. She began her career at Burlington Consultants before moving into private equity in 2005 joining NBGI and subsequently spending six years at Inflexion Private Equity. She has led Apiary’s investments in TAG, Connect and Shaw Gibbs and is on the board of all three.
Nicki is a former Sloan Fellow of Stanford University, where she gained an MA in business, and holds a degree in psychology and physiology from the University of Oxford.
