Nikola is a founding partner, a member of the Investment Committee, and is the Chief Operating Officer. She leads the firm’s investor relations function and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm. Nikola has previously held senior roles with Bowmark Capital, Duke Street and Park Square Capital.
