Offering courses in computer games design, graphic design, digital production, media, music production and performance, and e-sports, Access educates over 4,500 16-19 year olds at seven city-centre colleges. The group also has a higher education division, dBs, with over 600 degree students at specialist campuses in Bristol and Manchester.
The experienced management team is led by CEO Jason Beaumont and CFO Paul Smith. The Chair is Jo Johnson.
There is increasing demand from students for courses that offer an alternative to traditional academic education. Access offers a range of qualifications from levels 2-7 in the creative and digital sectors that are focused on providing the key skills and knowledge valued by employers in those industries. We are supporting management to increase the capacity at several of Access’s specialist centres, support the development of new courses, and expand the education pathways available to students.
