Established in 2001, Orega is one of the UK’s leading providers of flexible workspace, offering stylish and modern spaces without the constraints of traditional leases. The company has expanded rapidly over the last three years, and now operates 25 centres across the UK, including eight in London. Orega operates under management agreements in partnership with landlords and corporate occupiers, offering high-end workspace to over 10,000 customers.

The management team is led by CEO Alan Pepper, who has over 20 years’ experience in the flexible office sector. Alan is supported by CFO Chris Toon, COO David Kinnaird, CRO Sophie Turnbull, and Real Estate Director Ben Hutchen.​

Investment strategy

The UK flexible office space is a large and growing market and the asset-light management agreement model offers high revenue visibility and property-cycle protection.  Apiary is supporting Orega to accelerate growth, which will include new site openings, the launch of new propositions and selective acquisitions.
