LearnPro Group acquires KIM Software Solutions

LearnPro acquires KIM

Apiary-backed LearnPro Group has acquired KIM Software Solutions (KIM), a UK technology business specialising in secure, cloud-hosted records, evidence and asset management systems.

KIM is a trusted supplier to approximately 20 UK police forces and several government agencies, with its modular solutions supporting the lifecycle management of evidential property, records and archives.

The acquisition strengthens LearnPro Group's position in the Policing and Security market, combining KIM's extensive customer relationships and sector expertise with LearnPro Group's existing suite of specialist ERP, operational governance and virtual reality simulations.

This announcement follows LearnPro Group’s recent acquisition of Ignis Technologies, a provider of specialist organisational learning, and firefighter fitness and wellbeing solutions.
