As a trusted advisor, Connect draws on over 30 years of knowledge and experience to solve complex communications challenges in three areas: contact centres, unified communications and network services. Connect’s vendor-agnostic capability allows it to build bespoke solutions for its customers. The business is headquartered in London with operations in India, South Africa and North America. To date Connect has made five acquisitions, extending its technological capability, team expertise and geographic reach.
The management team is led by CEO Adam Young, CFO Mark Berry and CTO Martin Cross. The Chair is Mark Thompson.
Investment strategy
Apiary supported the primary buyout of Connect with an acquisition-led investment thesis. Connect is well positioned to support its clients' increasing reliance on communications, data proliferation and digital transformation. In addition, the fragmented market provides scope for selective acquisitions.
