TAG makes four bolt-on acquisitions

We are pleased to announce that our portfolio company, TAG, completed four bolt-on acquisitions in 2023.

In October, TAG acquired CCM, an entertainment travel and events agent based in Sydney, Australia, and Atlantis Travel & Tours, a US-based film & TV production agent. In November, TAG acquired Travel Stars, a Nashville-based travel management company specialising in entertainment and luxury travel that organises national and global tours for world renowned artists. In December, TAG acquired Sound Travels, a service-oriented travel agency catering to the entertainment and creative industries based in Auckland, New Zealand.
