Bella joined Apiary in 2025 from Equistone Partners Europe, where she spent five years investing in financial and business services companies across the UK. Prior to that, Bella was an Associate Director in RBS’s mid-market leveraged finance team, providing debt to private equity-backed businesses across the UK and Western Europe.

Bella has a CFA Level III qualification and holds a BA (Hons) in PPE from the University of York.
